Patch for Final Doom

Please help me! I have the original copy of Final Doom and I would like to make a backup copy of it before it becomes too scratched. I have had the game for 4 years and I can't find a patch anywhere for it.

Can anybody help me out please.

You don't need a patch!!

Just use CDRWin to back it up...

...No Problem!!!!!!!!
