SMACKDOWN HELP NEEDED PLZ!!!!

I Really need some help with smackdown 3!
The problem is the game is fine till i try and start story mode,Then it just lock's up and i'v tryed 2 different versions,Just hope someone's got some idea's on what to do!!!!!!!!!

is it copy from origanal,downloaded(guess not bit big),copy of copy(does other copy load and play
what media did u use
what software
what hardware
then we can help maybe

Its a copy off a m8's but my copy work's fine on everyone else's im using cdrwin for my back up's.
dvd region x boot up system with a neo 2.2 chip.
the only difference i know of between my'ne and my m8's is he boots using an action replay cart!!
