Need help to "turn off" the DVD checks on gran turismo 3 Plzz

I do it all but I think that the dvdcheck remover did not work for this games ... someone plz tell me how can I change the dvd check code in this game ?? Thanks alot !

I see some files for the PAL version of the game on the web ... but for ntsc nothing
