Is using INJECT & UNPACK necessary??

A weird "follow-up" echelon release of Fire Pro D tells me that I need to INJECT & UNPACK before burning. I was wondering if doing that was really necessary. I checked the file with winrar and it turns out to be 722mb uncompressed. Judging by the file size, the file is very tightly dummied and there doesnt appear to be the need to do anything else.

I never used either inject.exe or unpack.exe before and just because I dont want to waste any cdr's I wanted to ask someone who actually knows something about this if using those two files is optional?

It's only necessary if you want your disc to contain the CDDA audio tracks that originally came on the GD-ROM disc. UNPACK takes a group of MP3 files and converts them to .WAV files (the MP3 files are in the UNPACK file). The INJECT adds the .WAV files to the ISO so when you burn the disc the CDDA audio tracks are there.
